From the beginning of the process the attention had been outstanding! Gloria one of the assistants called me a couple times to make sure I filled in all the information needed correctly (not easy to access task ) Lucia at the front desck was promptly accretive and helpful and once inside nurse Vanessa was amazing as well as all the rest of the stuff. Prep took 2:15 hours since I walked in until I left the study itself was 7’ ( I did both, endo and colonoscopy ) Great team and great place Extremely recommended

I would say this was a great place. They took really good care of me. Everybody was super nice. Explained everything to me before any kind of procedure.

This was my first time ever visiting Western outpatient surgical Center. I can tell you that my experience was pleasant. Everyone (receptionist, person doing the pre/post surgical procedures, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Kosche) was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable of their duties. They made sure I was comfortable, knowledgeable of what would be taken place, and really took great care of me. They even contacted me a few days later to find out how I was doing and if I had any questions I highly recommend this facility.
